Shipping Policy

• We do not accept "COD" or Cash on delivery
• We do not ship outside of Canada or the Continental United States of America
• Transations must be complete before order is released to shipper

Return & Exchange Policy

• 14 Day refund & exchange service from the original date of invoice*
• Rainbow Computers reserves the right to charge a restocking fee. Restocking Fee will not exceed 15%
• All returns must be in original condition
• All returns must be unopened
• Some products are non-returnable*
• Return must be approved or the package will be returned at customers expense
• No return or exchange on special order or clearance items
• No return, exchange, credit or replacement accepted on OPENED software
• No return, exchange, or credit available for opened consumables. (CDRW/DVD-R, personal care, headsets, headphones, projector bulbs, cleaning supplies etc.)
• No return, exchange or credit on Built to Order computer systems.

Product Warranty

• 30 Day exchange warranty service for goods deemed to have a manufacturing defect*
